Service Desk Analyst – We are searching for a candidate with advanced level of Portuguese/Spanish/French/German/Italian and advanced level of English to provide multilingual infrastructure and application support for an international customer. The Service Desk is the single point of contact for the employees of our customer and all IT related problems will be reported to this team via email, phone, chat or web interface. Even though the position is IT related, profiles with basic computer knowledge can proceed in this position.
General ledger – This candidate will deal with: journal entry postings, reconciliations and inter-company postings for the General Ledger position, providing support in Portuguese/Spanish/French/German/Italian Language and advanced level of English.
Financial Accountant – Accountant will perform specific accounting transactions in connection with client’s business activities, processing invoices, cash application and billing revenue in Portuguese/Spanish/French/German/Italian and advanced level of English.
Transaction Specialist – This candidate will work with the purpose of this position is to provide effective services on behalf of TCS according to client’s legal and statutory requirements, agreed company processes and Service Level Agreements in English/Portuguese/Spanish Language.
Life Science – This candidate will work with reports of drug side effects from post-marketed or clinical study source to the safety database. Handle non-serious and serious cases according to regulatory requirements, process instructions and standard operational procedures. Resolve queries related to pharmacovigilance activities and individual case reports in English Language.
Life Science for Doctors – This candidate will work with medical reviews of a single ICSR along with Quality review and Support to EV Screening & Clinical Trial Protocol related activities in English Language.
Sourcing Specialist/Recruitment Specialist – no AIESEC experience required, but a background in HR is highly appreciated, sales and customer attractions skills, administration of data;
Talent Development Coordinator – no AIESEC experience required, but good skills in excel, planning, organizing and administration;
Resource Management Administrator – no AIESEC experience required, but business administration or HR background is needed, strong analytical and administrative skills.
